The past 15 months has been a time like no other. The challenges business owners have faced through COVID, Brexit and the ongoing return to ‘normal’ (whatever that may be) have tested their resilience and adaptability. The dedication demonstrated during such a torrid time is heart-warming to witness, and moreover, it has been a privilege to have been chosen by our clients to help them keep their business moving.

Here at Ultimate Finance, one of our biggest goals is to become the funding partner of choice for businesses throughout the ups and downs; the team you know you can rely on for every situation and opportunity. Our friendly and experienced team love to learn about a business and, most importantly, look for the right solution to help them meet their ambitions, whatever those may be.

From January to March alone we increased our existing clients’ Invoice Finance facilities by almost £7m through facility increases and cashflow loans alongside them. To further help keep them moving, the Relationship Management team have also helped businesses who already benefit from our Invoice Finance solutions with additional funding through Asset Finance facilities– whether that be to acquire a new vehicle (or 6!) for their fleet or that new machine to keep up with increasing demand.

We can’t claim credit for sourcing finance all by ourselves though. By using our referral scheme, clients also helped us provide over £3 million of funding across Working Capital, Asset Finance and Bridging Finance solutions to businesses they too work closely with.

Becoming the funding partner of choice means knowing no two businesses are the same and therefore helping them requires a tailored approach. Through our partnership approach, we’ve also been able to introduce our clients access to partners who can provide further support alongside our funding.

To us, business funding is more than just providing much needed cash; It’s also about developing long-lasting relationships with our clients. Being there for their business and knowing we’ve helped support them and their ambitions really does give us the warm and fuzzies.
