Invoice Finance

Waiting to be paid is hard on any business. That’s why we offer access to up to 95% of the value of unpaid invoices within 24 hours of them being raised. We also offer additional breathing room and peace of mind with optional credit control and debtor protection features.

Invoice Finance solutions help to manage the daily challenges of cashflow to ensure businesses needn’t worry about having access to the capital they need to keep their business moving, be it to order more stock, trade with new customers or pay employees at the end of the month.
Factoring and Invoice Discounting are a type of Invoice Financing and the difference between them is quite simple:

Factoring allows you to get the money you’re owed without the wait but we chase up your invoices for you.

Invoice Discounting offers the same benefit of Factoring, but you’re responsible for keeping the relationship with your customers and chasing invoices when necessary.

Asset Finance

Hire Purchase gives you the option to purchase the asset for a small fee at the end of the agreement.

With Hire Purchase, you generally pay a higher amount upfront. The remaining cost of the asset is split and repaid at a pre-agreed fixed-rate of interest per month until the end of the agreement.

At the end of the agreement, you will be given the option to purchase the asset outright for a small fee.
Refinancing allows you to release cash that’s tied up in your existing assets and can help boost your cashflow. It can be provided on both Lease Financing and Hire Purchase agreements – even if you have money still left to pay.

Usually Refinancing is worked out as a percentage of the asset’s equity. If you own the asset without finance, you’ll typically be able to get a higher percentage of the item’s overall value.

Bridging Finance

To offer you greater borrowing potential, we base our LTV on the property’s open market value:
- Purchase Bridge: up to 75%
- Development Exit: Up to 75%
- Development Finish and Exit: Up to 75%
- Refurbishment: Up to 75%
We charge an arrangement fee of 2% of the loan which we include in your repayments, so you won’t have to pay it up front. The only other upfront cost would be for the valuation of the proposed security, which is paid for at the time of instruction, and solicitors fees which are deducted by the solicitors when the funds are being processed for pay out. There will be additional charges should your facility fall into default.
