As we close our two-year charity partnership with the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA), we’re proud of what we achieved together. Thanks to the passion, creativity and generosity of our colleagues, clients and partners, we’ve raised an incredible £15,000 to support the MNDA’s vital work.

Fundraising highlights

Chosen by company-wide vote and part of how we ensure we do business responsibly, this partnership meant a lot to our team. From day one, we set out to make a meaningful impact – and bring our whole community together.

  • Ultimate Three Peaks Challenge: In September 2024, three teams of Ultimate Finance employees climbed Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in a single day. Supported by RAW Adventures, colleagues from across the business came together with one goal: reach the summits and raise funds for the MNDA. The camaraderie and determination on display made it a standout moment and a major contributor to our total.
  • More ways we raised: From our Ultimate Charity Football Match to Introducer Golf Days and challenges, from our ever-popular Christmas Raffle to World Cup sweepstakes and even some brilliant jam making, every event helped us get over the line.

Raising awareness, not just funds

This partnership was also about shining a light on motor neurone disease and the difference support and research can make. Together with the MNDA, we ran a series of joint webinars for employees, clients and special guests – including MNDA trustees and people with lived experience of MND. These sessions shared stories, insights and practical advice, opening up important conversations to a wider audience.

A lasting legacy

Beyond the total raised, this partnership strengthened our culture of giving back. Colleague engagement soared, with teams volunteering, taking part in events and championing causes close to their hearts. The “giving something back” element of our People Promise has never felt more real – or more important.

Thank you

To everyone who climbed mountains, donated, took part in our “Beat the Pro” competitions at our annual Introducer Golf Days, bought raffle tickets, joined a webinar, shared a story or simply spread the word – thank you. To our employees, clients, introducers and the communities around us, your support made this possible. The funds raised will help the MNDA continue its vital work, and the awareness we’ve built will have a lasting impact.

Together, we’ve made a difference.
