April marked the launch of a series of events Ultimate Finance is hosting across the UK where Introducers are invited to meet some of the Executive team alongside Regional Directors and Relationship Managers. Through those events, the asset-based lender is making the most of its relationship-driven approach to help keep businesses moving by strengthening working relations with Introducers and its local presence across several regions, starting with Scotland where it held events in both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Head of Sales Ronnie Stokes explains, “We have a strong commitment to businesses in Scotland, with a great presence in Edinburgh which holds one of our largest UK offices and is home to part of our senior executive team. I joined Ultimate Finance in June last year as a Regional Director and was offered the opportunity to become the Head of Sales for Scotland the North of England earlier this year and manage a team of 10 Regional Directors, which has enabled me to further cement our support of Scottish SMEs”.

“Scotland is a vibrant and diverse nation with a rich history and a bright future, and is home to innovative and creative businesses, from cutting-edge technology firms to best-in-class tourism, which we are delighted to be able to support via our range of tailored funding solutions. That is why it was very important for us to kick off our series of country-wide events in Edinburgh and Glasgow, so that we could reaffirm our commitment to Scotland-based Introducers and demonstrate first-hand the benefits of asset-based lending across the nation”.

At the event, Ronnie was joined by CEO Josh Levy, and presented a collection of success stories to help illustrate how Ultimate Finance is already supporting the ambitions of Scottish businesses with Invoice Finance, Asset Finance, Bridging Finance and Structured Finance, the lender’s fully tailored, multi-asset solution that offers businesses up to £10m in funding through a mix of receivables, plant and machinery, and / or property.

Explaining what makes Ultimate Finance best positioned to help Scottish SMEs, Josh explained, “With a 20-year track record of delivery already behind us, we have honed our approach to national coverage with a regional model and possess both the strengths of traditional lenders and the flexibility and simplicity of independent specialists, which has helped set us apart from our direct competition. As part of the global Tavistock Group since 2015 we have been able to support more and more businesses in all sectors through the provision of targeted strategic funding”.

“We are a modern lender which is powered by technology, data and insight, but that doesn’t mean we have lost sight of what has always helped businesses prosper, which is relationships and strong values. To that effect, we remain committed to building strong connections with introducers and business owners and providing the excellent service that has seen us maintain a 4.9/5 score on Trustpilot year after year”.

Future events are to be held throughout 2023, with the next Meet the Funder event being staged in Leeds and opening for registration soon.
