This business was recently set up by five young property developers who have successfully secured their first project.
The business contacted experienced industry broker, Kam Patel of BA Finance and Mortgage Co to find a funding partner that could support them with a Bridging Finance facility.
Kam worked with Senior Regional Director Sam Cousins to tailor a £730k Development Exit Loan.
Sam explains, “A Development Exit Loan will provide the developers with the time they need to get building control sign off, all post conditions discharged with the council and then complete on the sales”.
“The solution allows the business to be in control of their project and protect profit margins by providing additional breathing space and a reduction in cost”.
