We are giving you the chance to take your team out on us every quarter with our exclusive Introducer Prize Draw!

For any business you introduce to us who goes on to become a client of Ultimate Finance, you will receive one entry into the draw to win a Mitchells and Butlers dining out gift card to the value of £500 so you can wine and dine your team on us at any Mitchells and Butlers venue of your choosing.

Terms and Conditions

6. You will receive one entry into our prize draw for every Prospective Client you Introduce to us who enters into a Relevant Contract and draws down some or all of the funds available. The entry you will receive will be for the the draw taking place at the end of the Quarter that the Prospective Client draws down funds in. For example, if the Prospective Client enters into the Relevant Contract on 1 February (Q1) but draws down funds on the 3 April, the entry received will be for the Q2 draw.

7. A “Relevant Contract” means a contract for the supply of factoring, invoice discounting, trade finance, asset finance or a bridging loan provided by us to a Prospective Client.
10. We will not accept responsibility for any prize lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause.

11. We will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
12. If you receive one of the prizes, you agree that we may use your name and image for any reasonable promotional purposes (including on our social media channels).

13. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by us.

14. By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by us to administer the prize draw. We may need to pass your information to third parties in connection with your prize and you consent to us passing your personal data to those third parties. 15. By participating in the prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16. Any Relevant Contract which you Introduce to us before 1 September 2023 or after 30 November 2023 are automatically disqualified.

17. Winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

18. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

19. We reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

21. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and condition, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

22. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

23. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For the purpose of these terms and conditions:

“Introduced” means you provide us the contact details of an employee who is authorised to enter into a Relevant Contract on behalf of a Prospective Client;

“Prospective Client” means a person with whom (1) we have not at any time previously provided a Relevant Contract to and (2) have not been in bona fide negotiations with regarding a Relevant Contract by 30 November 2022.

“Quarter” means either Q1, Q2, Q3 or Q4 and each quarter runs from the dates stated in paragraph 5.
