This motorhome and trailer supplier was an existing client, and decided to reach out to discuss further funding.
They were looking to purchase a unique motorhome that was proving to be popular, with demand being particularly high for motorsport events.
The asset we funded was a two storey luxury apartment on wheels, fitted with the latest technology, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Although this isn’t an easy asset to value as it is quite rare in the UK, Senior Regional Director, Stephen Brook, was able to work to provide a swift turnaround with quick approval.
“We issued the documents on the Tuesday, the customer signed and paid the deposit that evening and the facility was in place on the Wednesday. The speed of payout demonstrates what a great team effort it was including the broker, sales, credit and even legal.”
