V&C is a family-run business that provides decorating services which include painting, dry-lining and tiling.

Over the last four years the directors have taken on about 40 apprentices from the local area to help develop their skills with further opportunities to join the company long-term afterwards.

When the relationship with their existing lender suffered from a combination of service and increasing costs back in 2016, V&C reached out to Ultimate Finance, and we were able to tailor a £350k Construction Finance solution to help them keep their business moving whilst also saving £60k a year in comparison with their previous facility.

With the right funding and support in place, and having spent time and effort improving their operational systems and processes during the last couple of years they are now targeting a period of strong growth that will lead to an increase in profits.
