- Interest rates from 0.79%/month for residential Bridges up to 65% LTV and 0.84%/month up to 75% LTV
- Duration from 1 – 18 months
- It must be for a business purpose
- Equity release options available through Development Finish & Exit and Refurbishment loans

What is a Bridging Loan?
Bridging Loans are a form of short-term funding to help you bridge the gap when buying or bidding for property and selling another one – but it can also be used for any business purposes.
