Overview

To work as part of our existing bridging sales team to pro-actively support and assist Regional Directors with the conversion of new business opportunities. We expect you to demonstrate our core values of Decency, Enterprise and Brilliance at all times. You will be responsible for ensuring that excellent customer service is given to all prospects, introducers, internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Issuing indicative terms for new enquiries
  • Creating heads of terms documents for new enquiries
  • Performing all credit searches for the team and the wider sales force in relation to bridging loan enquiries
  • Analysing and reporting back on the credit searches
  • Partial completion of new business reports
  • Creating “credit backed” offer letters for approved facilities
  • Creating valuation instructions following credit committee approval
  • Creating conveyance instructions following credit committee approval
  • Completing business terms sheets ready for legal documents to be issued by solicitors
  • Inputting new facilities to Sentinel in anticipation for pay out
  • Preparing full client file in anticipation for pay out
  • Ensuring all clients files are backed up and ready for archiving
  • Client and broker engagement on prospective deals
  • Weekly broker updates
